Ok, time for another update.

I would like to know
-which parties are IN and qualified for the election
-Which parties are not yet qualified for the election that wish to 
participate.

of the second group, we need to know how far you are, what your target 
is, and what your deadline is.

We have got to knuckle down and get this done.
