[pp.int.general] Request - help with research

We have a ideia to request TSE (Superior Electoral Court) formally to
consider electonic signatures too for all new parties including Pirate Party
(Partido Pirata). Other parties request this for also its registration, but
TSE reject this. 500 thousand signatures in 8 states is a great number to
reach in a physically large country like Brazil.

The media ridicule formation of new parties becouse Brazil have now 27
registered parties and about 5 parties have political power to influence the
direction of government. But this is a biased view of politics. Is possible
that TSE share this biased view too.
