Hi,

in Spain, in some universities (I studied Computer Science at 'Universitat
Politècnica de Catalunya'), you have the main subjects both in
Spanish/Catalan and in English. Most of the books and papers of all subjects
are in English, too.
But I suppose other degrees won't be in English at all.
