[pp.int.general] Rather Off-Topic: European Universities

Not really no, in Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Icelandic and Danish
Scandinavia includes only Sweden, Norway and possibly Denmark and Iceland
but NOT Finland and we call the whole north Nordic countries... However, in
English Nordic and Scandinavia are synonymous and in English Scandinavia
does include Finland, which is quite retarded but still the official
definition.
