[pp.int.general] Rather Off-Topic: European Universities

I believe it's a fuzzy definition still, even in English. Seems to be a
matter of some authorities arguing one and some another. Norway, Sweden and
Denmark are part of Scandinavia anyways, Iceland and Finland might. Not in
my books, though. :)
