[pp.int.general] Subscribing the German E-Petition against Internet-Censorship

This is an old trick, and even Hitler knew about it. In his book "Mein
Kampf" he wrote that if you say it is for the protection of the
children, you can get away with anything.

But it is just an excuse (and a bad one, since the means do not have the
desired effect) to start systematic censorship on the net. In Denmark we
got this filter with the exact same excuse, and now it is being used to
block The Pirate Bay.
