[pp.int.general] Some info required about Jörg Tauss.

Hi guys, I have a question.

Do you have open lists at the Bundestag?
Did you voted for the "SPD" party, or for the "Jörg Tauss" individual?

Is it common for german politicians to switch parties once they have been
elected?

In Spain we don't have open lists, we vote for the entire party.
There isn't party-switching, though in some ocasions some (bribed)
politicians vote against their own party for money. It's always seen as
corruption.
