[pp.int.general] EUparl status

Here in Germany the Dead Line for the EU Election is nearing (31.03.09).

We still have trouble to get all the signatures we need, but it's not
impossible. If you want to help, we need people how are allowed to vote
for the EU Parliament to sign our list. But it's quite the bureaucracy
to sign it.
