According to French webzine NUMERAMA, WTO might be summoned to prevnet
internet censorship, thanks to 2 consultants who have written a report to
ECIPE (link above).This report suggest that WTO might take an active part in
the fight against totalitarism regimes.

Maybe we should have a look at this and maybe likn this news to the ACTA
project in a statement ?
