No. Entrapment is when an authority persuades someone to break the law.
However, copying data with the rights holder's permission is perfectly
legal. Therefore if the rights holder put it on a P2P network, it's
legal for anyone to copy it.
If Digiprotect put the material on a P2P network, they they have
possibly commited fraud if they falsely claim it's an illegal
download.
