[pp.int.general] About TELECOM statement.

Since we have reps now, I'd love to see some next generation distributed
tool for interacting with public officials that represent you (who opt in,
of course).  The international movement already has the appearance of
futurists and reformers, might as we try to deliver.

We.. since some of YOU all have reps now.. I think it'll be a long time for
us.  We're so backwards I considered making the pro-metric fight a pirate
concern, and I came up with a few valid talking points.  ;p

Be nice to have some practical examples of how 'politics of the future'
could be, especially if they are in use.
