Please, exercise a little care before commenting on the constitutional
affairs of other nations. The debate as to whether Britain has a
constitution has gone on for hundreds of years and is not over yet. A
constitution may exist, even if it is unwritten. Such a constitution
may be stronger than one written on a piece of paper, but where people
don't do what the words on the paper say.
