[pp.int.general] UK - Number 10 petition

It seems there is now another  UK petition started by the ISP TalkTalk: 
http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/dontdisconnectus/

It already has more than twice as many signatures as the one linked 
earlier. This one might stand a chance being listened to, although I 
wouldn't put it past his Lordship to just carry on regardless.
