They (the 15 bloggers) posted the Internet Manifesto as a reaction to the
"Hamburg Declaration".

Seems hundreds of editors already joined/subscribed to this "Hamburg
Declaration".
This is a new German "Kulturkampf". Shouldn't we join ?
