[pp.int.general] Greens saying Pirate Parties unnecessary

The initial point was fair, I shouldn't have tried to shorthand it
when I meant to say "...copyright reform, patent reform...".
Confucius made the point about rectification of words very well in
his Analects. I am still learning.
