The handwritten ballots have been given to the new CAO (Joachim Mönch) in a
sealed enveloppe. He would have to scan all the documents to make them
public. While this is not impossible it takes some time, so please let us
know if you want us to do it!

There is already a post on this mailinglist with a lot of suggestions. I
