I'm not talking about a major shift, like starting at 4pm and going
until 2am local, I'm talking about maybe starting at 12 noon, finishing
at 7/8. 3 hours can make a fair bit of difference. Then the social stuff
can be done in the AM (and still at night). now a meeting held in the
Americas would benefit from an early start, say 8-9am, so that its not
too late for European remotes.
