[pp.int.general] The conference - what went wrong; how can we do better?

I didn't say it was perfect in Brussels. I just tried to point out that 
by pushing it towards the Americas you are pulling it away from Oceania. 
May be easier to keep it at local working times and just expect the 
other people to get up earlier or stay up longer. Trying to make it best 
for the Americas and Europe is counterproductive in my opinion.
