[pp.int.general] Support for Julian Assange and Wikileaks

I know Alex Jones has nothing to do with it. But this thing about conspiracy
theories involving WL and Assange is useless. Useless because it is
irrelevant to the facts that may concern the freedom of information and
transparency that PP support.
