I suggested to them that they change the demand of their petition.
Trials in the US take time, and I expect that the government is
preparing the prosecution.  So the US has an easy response to this
petition: "We are giving him a trial, just wait and see."

However, that is no excuse for keeping Manning in such inhumane
conditions.  It is normal in the US for the accused to get bail.  They
should offer Bradley Manning bail.
