[pp.int.general] PPI statutes task force

As far as I know, one of the main issues in the PPI is the voting strengt of
the different Pirate Parties, (Am I right?)

If so, where is now the main idea about this issue? Is there any other
important thing that I should now?

Sorry for this, maybe almost sure, newbie question, but I'm trying to learn
and understand in which situation is the PPI and how I can help and situate
in the best way I can.
