DNA tests regulations reviewed, local police now can be upgraded to do some of the missions of the national police etc.
Next stage for the text is the Senate (date unknown) then back to deputies if the Senators meddle with it and then like for HADOPI, it'll be a commission job to set the text in an acceptable form for both that can be voted without amendments. ("urgency procedure"…)
One of the worse things is that the talks and votes finished 5 hours early than planned… mind… :(
