actually, they never called themselves the piratepoliticalparty.com,

This is typical of the person involved. Right at the time the mediation
was started, I had tried talking to the person in question. his response
was "You and I are through and have nothing to discuss." Actual
mediation and discussion is not really what the person is seeking,
rather it would appear to be a vindication of his position.
