The principles are still work in progress (here:
http://cg.mypirates.net/ppi_development). Also the exact value of the
principles is still being discussed (just guidelines, a common declaration,
or even conditions to be able to join the PPI). The Statutes Taaskforce will
work on the issue and present the proposals at the conference where the
delegates will vote on them.

PPI is not yet a legal entity. That's one (the main) reason why we have a
conference in April, to officially found the PPI. Therefore the official
name will be decided by that meeting (by vote of the delegates on the
proposed statutes that necessarily include the name of the organisation to
found).
