Thanks Antti, I posted as soon as I knew about the Thing, it's even better to have some explanations with it. ;)

We already have in Hadopi the possibility to install a spyware (that you have to pay… -illegal- and only available for windows -thanks for the others-) to prove you don't use P2P. The software is not even developed yet…

I may add that loppsi is an "inside security" law (the second one in fact), and in the midst of it, they organize deep packet inspection to prevent pedophiliac sites to be accessed. So there's a filter, and a list, no judge, just the administration. At one point, the lists could be controlled by local elected politicians… see what I mean? We are waiting eagerly after the real proposed text to look after all the shit they've put in it.

The net here is already bruising with love letters about it… :o)
