Why not? Shall PPI be the equivalent of G8 for pirates?

Sounds like EU...

So why does PPI define a set of statues? Why cannot the pirates from all
countries given themselves the statues? Come on. We all have internet.
And we all can send letters with voting ballots inside. A worldwide vote
is just a technical problem. And I'd really appreciate, if the pirates
would dare to solve it and show, that there is a way for world wide
democracy.
