False assumption.
There has been a PPI conference every 6 months.
However, this time we fail to meet the every 6 months tradition for
the first time.
About it all being about concencus is right though.
This is also why i don't like some people who want to make PPI
authorative
since this implies that the conference will be a failure by default if
their idea passes their board.
