Calm down matey, the guy is asking for help, not for some ass-whooping.
Eitherway, you ((PPNZ) might want to contact the EFF, or look at the
page which Twitter support gave you in the e-mail:
http://www.eff.org/issues/bloggers/legal/liability/IP. Or contact
Twitter directly explaining the situation. There are several PP's active
on twitter, all using the PP logo. And we haven't received a takedown
notice.
