[pp.int.general] A link change, please?

Could the PPI not centrally make an iframe-embeddable link list of all the
pirate parties links? this would help to guarantee an accurateness of the
links for most of the time? This could also only mean distributing an XML
file or similar to the pp-leaders list whenever changes happen.
