Hello Dmitry,

you can find Czech translation below. However it doesn't mean Czech 
pirate party officially supports and will join this event. This is what 
we have to decide. I also must agree with Valentin and Fedor, that using 
"copyright" in general is not the best way. Hence I modified translated 
text to reffers to "non-free copyright" rather.

Translation:

Pirate Day?
Pirátský den?

Pirates should have their own holiday because we enjoy drinking singing 
and having fun! That's what we thought in the Pirate Party of Russia and 
started arranging the date. We've chosen March the 14 because the PI 
number is approximately equals to 3.14. But the holiday needs a good 
name for it!
Piráti by měli mít svůj svátek, protože milujeme pití zpěv a zábavu! A 
to jsme si také řekli jako Ruská pirátská strana a začali jsme hledat 
vhodný datum. Vybrali jsme 14. březen, protože číslo PI je zaokrouhleně 
3.14. Ale náš svátek také potřebuje pořádné jméno!

Veselý Pirrův den

Yo-ho-ho-ho! Ok we've chosen the date but we need to think about the 
name and the symbol of it. You can't be a pirate without a parrot! 
Parrot is the best bird for a pirate even though the sparrows want to 
take it's place. Parrot copies the information by singing songs even 
though that he might spend loads of time in a birdcage because of it. I 
can't remember how but the name for the parrot just came on my mind! 
Meet our new Friend Pirro (Captain Pirro that's how I've been corrected 
by him). He also lets his Friends to call him PeerToPeerro.
Jo-ho-ho-ho! Dobrá, vybrali jsme den, ale je čas se zamyslet nad jménem 
a logem. A správný pirát nemůže být bez papouška! Papoušek je nejlepší 
pták pro piráta i když by vrabci rádi převzali jeho místo. Papoušek 
kopíruje informace zpěvem písní i přesto, že za to může strávit hodně 
času zavřený v ptačí kleci. Už si nevzpomenu jak přesně, ale jeho jméno 
mi prostě blesklo hlavou. Přivítejte našeho nového kamaráda jménem Pirro 
(Kapitán Pirro, jak mě rád opravuje). Mezi přáteli je také znám jako 
PeerToPeerro.

How to celebrate it?
Jak ho oslavit?

You should ask everyone who celebrates this occasion not to purchase any 
production which is copyright protected. Don't buy books, films, music, 
cd's and anything else like that. Even though the 14 of March is on 
Sunday, Pirro wants the true pirates not to go to the cinema. Don't feed 
them on the Jolly Pirros day! Arrr!
Meli byste požádat každého kdo slaví s námi, aby v tento den nekupovali 
žádná díla chráněná nesvobodným copyrightem. Nekupujte knihy, filmy, 
hudbu, cédéška, prostě nic podobného. A i přes to, že je 14. březen 
neděle, Pirro chce, aby praví piráti nešli ani do kina. Nekrmte je je na 
svátek Veselého Pirra! Arrr!
