hi Enrique and all

The Pirate University is a project of the University of Bahia. It is
coordinated by Fabiana Goa, member of Pirate Party here, and offers these
courses: Metareciclagem, Logic Programming, Video on Free Software, Pure
Data and copyrights laws.

We're also developing a similar experience at the Federal University of Rio
de Janeiro, including "lessons pirates" in the regular disciplines of
Communication course. One of the highlights of the two projects is that both
are open to students from outside the University, democratizing the
cognitive space of the public universities, often underused.

It would be nice to know similar experiences in other countries. Suddenly,
make a network of pirates educators and exchange the different experiences
occurring around the world.
