oh, that's just great! I wasn't aware of that.

Miguel de Cervantes is a good example how piracy can help an author  
(Don Quixote, Part I) and how you can deal with freeriders without the  
need of copyright (Don Quixote, Part II).

And of course there's an ongoing debate if William Shakespeare was the  
author of all "his" works :-)
