[pp.int.general] Invitation to the pirate camp in Vallorbe

This is the second pirate camp I know of this summer. And about the
sixth conference with international overtones.

Perhaps we need some form of calendar for activities that cross borders?

Coming up:

Camp Vallorde (June 25-27)
Jupicamp (July 27-Aug 2)
