[pp.int.general] UK action idea: in schools

Come back to the thread. It was interesting

"Sharing is good" - campaign. But that means we need alot of people to
step up and perform.

Someone, a few probably, with experience, authority and will to lead
campaigns must step forward and take the lead. I'm prepared to follow
for a while.
