[pp.int.general] Wikileaks under DDoS attack

Ahoi Andrew / Dear Mr. Norton,

Be assured, I didn´t drop out of education
and good manners.

I´ve been reading 18.U.S.C§793, and even for me, with
some experience in international legislation and
contracting, this is hard to understand.

For me this reads, as if it is generally forbidden
to talk (!) about the United States or any economic
enterprise, which could have contacts to the US-
forces.

Imagine: Some european guys receive documents
by US-companies, which as well repair military
goods. Are these economic-experts or jounalists
not entitled anymore to write a critical article
about Boeing or L3-communications ?

Please Andrew/Mr Norton be assured, the rest of the
world is pretty afraid of being kidnapped in their
home-countries and kept for ten years in Gtmo without
even having a chance to apply at a court.

For this the pirates use expressively the formula
>until found guilty in the USA<. Or: If US-law
with some luck appeals to the rest of us 6.3 bn
inhabitants of this planet.

Thank you for some additional informations,

from Germany

Stefan
