[pp.int.general] USA and domain name seizure

As most of us know USA has power to take your domain names down if they 
think they don't match their definition of legal and they are doing it 
quite aggressive now.
How about this little project to fix little bit at least this problem

We make our own domain name database so people can check real IP address 
of the sites they want to go to.
