That's true. Reminds me of a conversation I had with Samir and some
others when helping them with some translations last night.

Pirate Radio (as in the classic 'boat-at-sea' type. A bit like sealand,
but not on crown lands, using a UK mailing address as it's official
address, or being inside the claimed limit)

Anyone know of some old ships going cheap?
