I would like to point out, that in the Czech Republic OSA (our equivallent of the SGAE) is extremely unpopular, so starting an assault agains them is a good PR in itself. Furthermore, OSA attacked the PP-CZ in the media shortly before the municipal elections, so it will be a good publicity if we prove ourselves capable of fighting back. 

In general I think that this issue is more about showing the PPCZ (and other pirate parties) as capable of attackng our enemies - ie. proving that we are not only buch of punks, I dont see the ideology behind this case as very relevant. 

Pirates in the Czech republic have the image of Anti-OSA party (it is one of the labels we have) and this label is actually beneficial to us, so it is worth using publicly.
