Well this is an ongoing process that started back in 01/2010

I discovered what, at that time, were little known list stored on the BIS
website
[http://www.bis.doc.gov/complianceandenforcement/liststocheck.htm] of
the US Department of Commerce. My search started when I saw this at
SourceForge
[
http://sourceforge.net/blog/clarifying-sourceforgenets-denial-of-site-access-for-certain-persons-in-accordance-with-us-law/
]

Today I have republished an article on RedSinCensura.es I posted originally
on 08/02/2010 (February) on my blog
[
http://www.redsincensura.es/index.php/es/component/content/article/30-ultima-hora/324-la-ciberfrontera-de-estados-unidos-coica.html
]
in Spanish.

Best regards
