[pp.int.general] Filing charges against the board of PPI regarding the next GA Location.

I would actually like to gain more information why the 2011 PPIC location
vote was corrupt. Wasn't it the case that no non-German organizer put bid
forward? Maybe that should be taken into account, and also be put into the
statutes.

As for the 2012 conference I'd like to first hear more details about why
Prague was voted for over Tunisia. Samir, you don't explain why you think
the vote was corrupt.

Maybe we should also consider hosting two conferences per year, one in
Europe and one outside of Europe, with the one outside of Europe being the
official one, but the one within Europe to help facilitade the programmes
and create more opportunities for 'networking'.
