[pp.int.general] PPI GA Prague / Video Conference System for remote delegates

As I said: your system doesn't lacks, but some people (not me) seems to
have problems with it, and I just wanted to offer my help to set up an
alternative method for those people. That's all, if I'm ever offering my
own servers to help, why is so bad to mount another complementary system?
