[pp.int.general] Why one should not be afraid of the EU data retention

That doesn't change that there is huge press to make a new law and that
this EU-case ist used as another battering ram (there are about 20 cases
currently running agaonst Germany, mostly because of the same people
that want the data retention, but they always seem to forgot that point).

We may not have to fear a european court, but it takes at least one
year, and we all now how fast certain laws can get suddenly.
