There was a suggestion by a few members, they need a tunisian darknet. once
created, keep all outside traffic physical. A bit of quick smuggling tactics
in-case shit gets locked down hard.  It might require software rewrites from
publicly available distributions to prevent fuzzing.

That was common consensus, any thoughts and/or improvements on that?
