[pp.int.general] Spain's security forces thanks Linux

After the news came to the public knowledge that the last stroke against
terrorist organisation ETA was code-named "Operation Linux", Spain's
Ministerio del Interior is doing it's best to turn such pitiful choice of
naming convention (turned a public relations nightmare) into a "thank you"
note to the Linux collective <
