Dear Thijs, please accept my apologies, I had used
your Name wrongfully, not with a bad intention, but
rather cause have memorized it wrong as "Mark Thijs"
thinking that "Thijs" was your surname, and "Mark"
(not Markus) being your first name.
Maybe because of a "Bernd Thijs", a belgian football
player who played 2005-2007 with Borussia Mönchengladbach
in the german prime football league. In his case,
"Thijs" is his surname.
By the way, in Germany is it common to write
the names as "Surname, First Name" - since it
is easier for sorting the names bibliographically.
This is of cause is not an excuse I am making,
but rather to entertain you with an anecdote,
while we are at the topic of names....
sincerely yours,
