[pp.int.general] German elections (was: Spanish elections)

It would also be tremendously useful if we adopted an "All for one, One for all" attitude and regarded each and every election, no matter where, as a gobal Pirate issue, to be dealt with commonly insofar as local legislation permits, sharing knowledge and resources in an as optimal way as possible.
