[pp.int.general] Pirates at Internet Governance Forum, Nairobi?

I've been asked by several people if there're pirates attending IGF this
year. Things start tomorrow here in Nairobi, Kenya. I'm working with several
youth &internet topics, but this is indeed an extremely useful event to do
networking with many stakeholders, and I can't possibly use all the pirate
potential myself. :)

It's an event mandated by the UN, so the importance and chances of affecting
internet government policies directly are high. There's always room for some
more anti-censorship people who know how the Internet works.
