[pp.int.general] First decentralized Party-Conference in Trier

Hi PPI,

The district Chapter Trier of Pirate Party Germany is going to host the first decentralized Party-Conference in german History soon. This attempt is motivated by the need for practical experiences for further attempts in decentralizing political participation.

We planned to log the issues which should be considered in further attempts of similar events.

Is there anyone out there who is interested in translating the log into english ? The given Experiences could be used to reconsider or plan decentralized work for PPI in future.
