Unbelievable. 
You're confusing the Assembly with the Board.  
You confuse strategy, operations and organization with voting. 
It doesn't work. 
You are free to play and make many experiments you like with your friends,
at home, in your own association.  
But, please, do not play with a political party involving thousands of
people.
