[pp.int.general] Black March

[Mozart]

PPAU aren't supporting 'Black March' on the basis that it's negative  
publicity. It draws attention to us as people who sabotage the  
industry, rather than work with it. We prefer positive publicity,  
where we are shown to be providing alternatives and supporting creators.
